• No single researcher can not do that.
• Because India is very large country and going to so many places and asking people for their opinion will take so much time and opinion of people may change with time also people from different regions will have different opinions so the researcher can not avoid any region.
• The solution for this can be the researcher may appoint research assistats from all regions and give them appropriate training as to how is the information to be collected.
