Accessibility of sample

The three examples which I can think of are,
  1. The researcher wants to choose sample of school children but there are summer vacations to schools. So even if the researcher gets permission to conduct the research s/he will not be able to access her/his sample because students will not come to school.
  2. It may also be possible that the samples that the researcher has choosen might not want to share their opinions/experiences.
  3. The time factor also plays a major role. If the researcher's time and time of samples are not matching in any case then there will be unaccessibility of the sample.
